This policy explains how Boolean Private Limited handles information through the Boolean website and the Daylight Mood Journal mobile application. The website is primarily informational and does not use account registration, online payments, or advertising trackers.

Daylight Mood Journal

Daylight is a private, on-device journal for recording moods, optional notes, and optional place or activity labels. Daylight does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or user profiling.

Journal content is stored locally on the user's device. Daylight does not transmit journal entries, mood selections, notes, or place and activity labels to Boolean or third parties. Place labels are selected or typed by the user; Daylight does not request or collect GPS or device-location data.

Users can delete individual entries from the Journal. Uninstalling Daylight removes its locally stored application data, subject to the device platform's backup and restore behaviour.

Wellness notice

Daylight is intended for personal reflection and general wellbeing. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, counselling, or emergency services.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organisation and enquiry. We use it to respond and provide requested information or services.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and access times, to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and sharing

We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, our services, and applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. Information may be handled by providers supporting our email and website hosting, or disclosed when required by law.
